FRP RO Plant

The FRP RO Plant is a highly specified machinery that is used in the filtration of water. It is a dynamic group of gadgets that ensures complete purification of the water. The working mechanism of the Industrial 1000 LPH FRP RO Plant is divided into numerous stages, which are arranged to provide brilliant end results. The purification process starts with the sediment filters used to remove all the solid insoluble particles like solids, dirt, dust, rust, etc. It is highly efficient because of the usage of fine 5-micron filters. After the removal of all solid particles, the water is directed forward to the next procedure, which is the Granular Carbon pre-filter. It is a precise process that removes various unwanted minerals like chlorine, odours, and other organic impurities. The next step is the carbon block, which removes all the smaller contaminants and remaining chlorine particles. After cleaning the water from all these impurities, it passes through the Antiscalant ball, there it cleans the water from scaling by using a pump membrane. From there, the water is transferred to the RO Membrane, where it removes bacteria, viruses, turbidity, etc. The RO Membrane uses (0.0001 microns) filters, that ensure perfect cleaning of the water. After that much filtration, the water reaches silver impregnated bacterioustic in-line post-carbon filter that improves the taste of the water. Then, the water moves to the last and most efficient purification stage which is Ultraviolet and Biotechnology filters that ensure purified water with genuine colour, odour, and taste.
